Back after 4 years

so i am a dekaron veteran, played this game since 2moons 2007 i think till 2012.

after guild wars 2 came out i hopped into it and since then i never played dekaron ever again.

i recently started dekaron again just for the nostalgia ( not that i ever gonna play dekaron again , cause its

too outdated but for the nostalgia as i said before)

So i thought i go back to dekaron and do few pvps to refresh old memories but i couldnt find anyone to pvp with 

heiharp ( parca temple) it was the place where ppl were chilling fighting, dueling etc.

So my question is where are the people chilling now lol , where is the hotspot where they pvp/duel/pk etc

    Crespo is 131 level and Drago level 60 if i remember correctly^^ No they are not since leveling is really easy to be acompleshed!
