Parakel's "Asray's Test" Scripting Error

Pretty much as the title states, there's an error when attempting to start the Asray's Test quest from the NPC Parakel in Ardeca. It seems the quest is nor scripted with the correct functions to actually start the quest, and does something completely different. Pictures below explain the story:

    Parakel is supposed to combine and upgrade wings... It never worked in our version od Dekaron, hopefuly we will get it in next action fully functional... Would love to upgrade Wedding wings to "high class" version permanent!
