is it possible?

i can not be the only one that finds it frustrating  to have hard to get items or items that just are not around anymore to be binded to that one toon. is it possible to make stuff like that account bound and not just for one.

    Many items were "binded" by the previous provider (Nexon) due to player abuse. Hopefully Papaya can find a way to open up the "binded" road block....or at least be able to transfer between your own players.
