Confused about skill upgrading

General
Could anyone help me why it won't let me upgrade my dash skill?. I had a binding skill book I opened for dknight. checked name for my dash to front which was Inotra and opened it.

    You got enough DIL? Stupid question but could be the answer.

    Also max Lv for Dash skills is Lv 5, you can not upgraded beyond that.

    Well, just increased amout of DIL in inventory to 1 000 000 000 and still nothing, also the dash lvl is still 1. Please check the image :P

    You need to go to Master Gniar if you want to upgrade skills past 1, you can only right click the book when you first learn it. For level 2>10 you need to go to Mater Gniar, who charges 500k per attempt + one book for a chance to upgrade the skill.

    Master Gniar is in Mitera near a sleeping dragon and sword.

    You sure you did choose the meister tab you using?

    Seems you built your char with one meister tab and did open the box for the other

    Its a bug but only the binded Movment Books out off the event.

    I am hundred percent sure I chose class for DK and for name of book I looked it on my meister skill so the tree must be correct aswell. No idea why it doesn't want allow me to upgrade it.
