No Papaya Package

Hi there, I am wondering why I never received the papaya package. I transferred acconut from nexon and never got it. My other account got it in mail randomly. ID: xwhymes07, Char: Whymes71, my char is a lv 150 AK. Does anyone know what triggers this because it seems totally random. And before you say it, yes.. I havent got it on any other char aon this account and the AK is the highest lv char on the account.

    My understanding is that the highest level player in each account was to recieve the package.  What I've read in other Forum posts is that, if you didn't get it as described above, submit a support ticket for the account(s) where it's missing.
