Black screen on log in

Any idea how to fix the black screen on log in during character selection? Using a new account.

    The game is still bugged after patch. 1.5.2
    First attempt: Invalid Authorization key.
    Second attempt: Black screen after login.

    Just today I logged out of one of my shop chars and it went to a black screen going to char section. this reminds me of gamehi all over again. always some error.
