Hi GM!


Me and my bro have account with dekaron in the past! When he login his acct after transfer items are still there. however my items are all gone +7 weapon, amor and pants! i didnt play for 5years before nexon same with him. but his item remains untouched. I login and have to rename my char as well. hope you can assist on this thanks.

    If you have been gone that long i'm guessing your account was one of the MANY hacked and just consider your item gone. If that is the case your items were taken a long time ago. 

    As for renaming, did your brother have to rename his as well?
