DKC Problem

General
Hello, I bought some cash, system show to me extra cash
I write 1570 cash there show me 2008 cash and i pay 86 turkısh lira - its mean 31$
After i check transaction history just give me 1600 cash..

I bought cash from nexon i never pay extra with mobile payment.
35k cash 100turkısh lira
Now 1500 cash 86 turkısh lira for me!
This  is a robbery

I send tix but no reply
I pay for 2000 dkc  111 turkısh lira
Its so sad and bad!

Pls someone check the picture and help pls QQ

    True, with mobile payment you loose a lot and it has been like this for a long time. Better use PayPal, you get more bang for the buck!

    Turkey have a paypal problem i dont have debit card.i bought nexon cash with mobile payment its same price but now its so expensive damn... i wont buy anymore dkc.. i hope so they re fix it the problem..
    im paying like x2 more..

    There show me 2008 dkc and i pay 86 turkısh lira for that after i check transaction history just 1584dkc its like scam..

    Long time ago, when some of my friends had similar problems (no PayPal, no pre-paid cards, too high exchange rates, etc.), they used to transfer money by wire (bank, FedEx, etc.) to a trusted friend or relative living in a country where it was easier and cheaper to make money transfers, so they would do it for them, like a "human proxy". Since you are from Turkey, I suggest that you find someone living in Germany who will make payments for you. It has proven fruitful in the past.

    this is a robbery report to the authorities and tell them u got raped.
    u can serve a prety decent jailtime for doing this crime.

      Definately don't do that mobile thing again.  If there are no PayPal or Skrill payment methods where you are.    Edit:   I just looked at the payment methods for buying DKC on here.  Wow...

    They really need to add some prepaid game cards methods  (such as Karma) on here.

    I was hate nexon for some problem
    But Papaya is very big mistake then Nexon
    We need fun only in game
