Salut les GM hier soir je jouais sur Mister_Mimo et je me suis déco vers 22h00 et je revien a 23h00 je mets mon login et mots de passe mais cela ne marche j'ai plus mon adresse email ducoup je peux pas récupérer mon compte est-ce possible de le récuperer

    Si tu comprends l'anglais :

    If your account was hacked/stolen, you have to send a email to support@blackshot.com explaining your problem with the following information:


    - Account ID (used to login):

    - Character Name (in game name):

    - Previous Character Names (previous in game names):

    - Registered E-mail Address:

    - Security Question & Answer:

    - Date of registration (As accurately as you can remember. Search your E-mail for any account registration E-mails related to TwoWar, Vertigo or BlackShot)

    - IP address (Find out at www.whatismyip.com. Can you remember what it was when you registered your account?):

    - Last payment transaction (3 Transaction IDs if you made any payments, you should have a transaction ID or Order ID on your mobile phone, E-mail, or etc. Ex.-Trans ID: 20140510133019359500):

    - Last login (last time that you successfully logged in);

    - When were you hacked (When you first noticed that your account was accessed by another users);


    After checking all the information and making sure that you are the real owner of the account, we will change your data (email and password) and send it to your email.


    If by any chance you don't have access to your account's registered email, send it from your current email and mention that you don't have access to your old email anymore.


    If we have reason to believe your account has been compromised (hacked/stolen) we will put your account under "Investigation Ban" to protect both your account and your information. In this case please follow the steps above and we will unblock it after making sure that the problem is solved and only you have access to it.
