where can i farm step 3 exept ib2?!?!?!?!?
since i cant get ib2 ticket so where?

    Just wait until they put the tix in d-shop.
    Could be next week maybe next month or never.
    Our prime concerns are fixing the bugs which are currently ingame and having some er. maintance perhaps wouldn't be such a bad idea.

    175 dung fast run to binelle fairy drops books.
    In a19 I know pretty much all dung drop skill books just a waiting game

    Pretty much, baz and rudene is option for books too. Can do master dung for rings same time

    There is another solution: farm step 2 books in Mitera dung and exchange them later for step 3! I believe you can get 2 for 1 ratio in Ardeca on open market... Or just collect dil and buy them directly... Focused farming for them is a waste of time because drop rate is low and when it drops, you have 1:48 chance that it is the one you need (random drop S1 & S3).
