God Job GM and administrators ......

Hello,(Sorry for my english is not correct)
I'm a guy with physical disabilities, I have a hand and suffering a crisis of drowsiness, a few days ago, the GM have removed me from the game because I was using programs that helped me to play, and did not damage the server in any way, and did not create damage to other players, and these programs I helped me to play because I have only one hand.
I tried to send a support ticket, but I had no answer, direct deletion, without explanation.
Now I understand that it is only a game but I feel hurt morally, this is the good work of the GM? this is their work? do whatever they want without explanation and not give an opportunity to people with disabilities to play? .........
I will express my evaluation everywhere, so they know all, the way in which GM consoderano their players ......

    I knew a guy who had a stroke and could only use his 1 hand to play. As a result he only played Bagi and get was really good. He didn't use programs and such but I was surprised how good someone can play with one hand.

    In your case I would open a ticket and show some proof of the software you used to help with disability.

    Hey Xaantaa,

    You have to understand that they have to follow the rules and execute some actions accordingly. Just as Olbie said, you should contact the support desk and let them know about the problem.

    I have support contact, but I was never answered, ignored altogether and that's what disappoints me, and keeps me sick!
    The people of the support should have more respect for the players!

    I had warned the nexon support, and understand my problem, and they made me play, here on papaya if you have disabilities you can not play :(

    You still have the ticket you sent to nexon support? Try to contact a GM on forum pm with or without proof of that ticket, it might just make it easier if you could show it. 

    Gismo stated in other thread there is waiting list of ~200 tickets so better to try and get direct contact.
