I'm facing an issue on 2 of my accounts. I cannot log in. It keeps telling me "reconnecting.. this may take up to 5 mins.."
I see y'all coming and say "then wait 5 mins and try again". However, i am not the only one facing that situation. Besides, we pretty much waited about half an hour while we still cannot connect.
I ain't the kind of guy complaining about company services. But i expect at least an answer to my/our problem.
