Account can't connect

Help, my main account can't connect to the game.
But when I try to use my wife's account she can log in with no issues, also when I created a new account, no issues logging in as well.

saying "Reconnecting... this may take about 5 minutes."
then after a few seconds says "Disconnected from server"

I have no problem logging in to other accounts.

Help please.

    me and many other players have same problem,simple server reset would probably fix this problem but as u see they dont care at all

    great! now both my accounts can't log in.

    They should really need to look into this, could be their server is too small for multiple account, bet Nexoneo doesn't have this problem when the game was with them.

    yeah. my client just crashed while doing a quest. then this happend to me too. been like this for an hour now.
