Last Maint=many errors. (Lets post them all) for the GM

Everyone-please post details on what errors are in game as of now since last maint so the GMs know. (yes, good to report so they don't tell us, they didn't know because it wasn't reported) not only before were many having trouble logging in but now its becoming the whole game. PLEASE-post now! thank you!

@Alii031 I may have found another "trick" to "almost logging in". When I use my number keys (top of keyboard) instead of the number pad (right side of my keyboard), I can almost always get to the Character Select screen. (Not any further than that mind you.) But when I use the keypad, I seem to always get kicked right back to the login screen, not even progressing to 2nd password entry.

I figure any "clues" we can offer to the devs to resolve the connection / disconnect problems has got to be of some help.

@PappyPlay thank you for the information. What im posting on is more to the problem. this morning everyone is getting login problems, things are freezing or not loading correctly when logging in or a black screen happens. I think its a problem ontop of the problem, hopefully if everyone is getting these errors, papaya wont believe its just "us" anymore, that it is a server issue. I just hope if anyone reports it in a ticket, they are thorough on the details so they don't just think its the same login issue because this is getting worse.

Well, "more to the problem", since the transfer, I've been able to login to the game once after the first routine Maint, but only for a few hours before deceasing (lol!) disconnecting. Since then, I can't get past the Character Select without getting kicked back to login. So, yes, I think it's getting progressively worse.

I try to login about every 6-8 hours to see if I can "sneak in" somehow. I'd have better luck playing the American "Power Ball Lottery" though...lol!

To bad they wont fix even 10% of the list they had to, theres many bugg from the day they started services and they still didnt fixed, imgine buggs from last maint!

@Osewon If I win the millions, I'll buy the whole freaking Dekaron game outright, hire some competent developers, and get it working properly the way it should have....a month ago.

Not to brag, just a statement of fact....I used to work as a consutant in the IT industry, 2Moons ago...lol! But when we had an important piece of software to get up-and-running properly, we worked 24x7 until that sucker worked bug-free!! For example, I repaired a few payroll packages with a large mining company in Western Canada (Cominco), and worked through some performance issues with Pacific Telephone Long Distance phone services out of Concord, California (PT&T)....to name some names. Having a service down as long as Papaya has would have gotten me and my associates a one-way ticket out the door with a police escort.

I realize that online gaming systems have a few more complexities than the stuff I worked on. But still, there MUST BE some time limit of "acceptable work performance" by the ones who are paying salaries for things to be fixed. How long would YOU pay someone to fix something, and yet it still remains broken with no indication of when repairs will be completed??

I too have worked in it industry, I had to travel a lot like nearly every month doing jobs. I have ocd when things don't work right it has to be perfect otherwise it bugs the living hell out of me. People work and code differently and best coders are the ones that work from home 100%. They don't teach too much at academy's or collages. You gain knowledge but you don't learn as much if your self taught. I had to go around other people's work and show people how make it better. You should know what I mean lol.

But at the end of the day the game needs players as much as players need game to report issues etc.

What we need is proper bug fixes, then list the bugs those fixes cause each maintance so we know each bug is fixed at route of the problem.

When a fix causes more bugs it best to fix those bugs 100% then move on to next one. Atm it seems half baked. Just my thoughts and experience on matter.

I will assure you that the team is hard at work trying to fix the multiple issues we are still having. Support system tickets are at about 200 now, (they were peaking around 700), and staff is spear heading on specific issues so they get more focus. We are gracious for your support and time that players have been waiting.

@[DK]Gizmo thanks for replying. Great job with tickets you and your team are doing well. We would expect no less than 100% at fixing these issues we the players are currently recieving all we ask for in return is a little notification or some information about what's being done. We do understand you guys are working very hard and don't wish to pull you away from these issues.

Just keep players updated on a weekly basis other than maintenance. That's all we ask.

700 and 200 left nonne of mine were replied and I opened in several game relevant tickets.

You'r game launcher is still funked up, as it starts to load patch it stops at 1.4.0.

Funny thing is I downloaded it before and it used to work, started to funk me after this maintance you had.

Well mine seems to be one of the ones that was fixed ( I think ) not counting my luck, and don't want to "speak too soon though". Still a lot of DC, but seems sort of "normal" but it occurs in a dungeon a lot, as well as DK Server. I just really hope the rest of you all get yours fixed soon also.

If you sent a ticket, and got a response that it was fixed, but it wasn't, definately reply to it, and clearly state your issue, and that it still doesn't work ( I had to do that also ).

For anyone that does get on and get DC. close it and wait the full 5 minutes + before trying to relog, or it won't work.

I did notice a few other bugs, in game also. ( Besides the one, where there are "invisible walls" all around the Ardeca circle). Ill post others later too tired atm.
