Account blocked/banned for no rerason.

Hello

I’m very old player, since beta I never used any kind of 3rd party software or
other means of hack etc. never got hacked or banned.
Today my win7 decide to do updates and restart pc, when i was logging my
accounts back, on one of them I got message "Unusual activity has been
detected..." is this is some kind of bug or random bans for no reason?
I send ticket already but seems papaya team is too busy to answer after 12
hours of submitting it.
Does anyone else have similar situations?
I also found on https://www.papayaplay.com/portal.do?tp=terms

"VERTIGO MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME
WITH OR WITHOUT REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE."

So I’m asking, is it really worth to play this game if u can get SUSPEND,
TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT REASON?

If this company going to threat players this way I see no point to spend any
time and money on that game, I hope I’m wrong but so far I find disappointment,
especially after one of my account has been banned/blocked for no reason.

    Nexon had that as well.  I remember after Nexon got the game many players were banned and did this kind of stuff too.  Sent in ticket after ticket yada yada yada in the end if they did do something wrong they stayed gone.  Only you know if you did anything until it is checked by someone on their end and in this day and age whose words can you trust?  They are just words after all.  Take a break, relax and if you did do nothing wrong you will get it back.

    An example...  There was this game I had went back to playing after another provider bought it.  Paid to have my account transferred, within the first couple days back they did a server rollback 10 days.  Did I get a refund? No.  Did I send a ticket? Yes.  Did they respond? Yes, but I spent the next 30 days in emails back and forth before getting my account back.  Did I post anything on their forums? No.  Why did I even bother? The game was fun.  Did they have a similar ToS? Yes.

    You'll have to wait for the response in a ticket. We don't share that information publicly as NoobNurse said. There are about 200 tickets in the queue, so sorry for the wait you might get.

    For that matter Gismo please suggest for account sharing to be bannable again. 
    Many people buying/ selling accounts.
