Getting kicked back to login still happens

I wanted to post this incase the DEVs think that its all cleared up. after restart maint-I logged 3 accounts, did not get kicked to login until I tried a 4th account, I got kicked to login, so its still a problem. I hope this will be continued to be worked on.

    I still can't login to any of my accounts.   The closest I can get is Character Select, then immediately kicked back to login screen.

    I think we're in for a "long haul" with this problem.  Christmas is coming soon....maybe by then??  lol!

    I think the downfall of Papaya is that they give us no information on:

    1/ their progress to having a resolution.
    2/ If they have any ideas what the problem is.
    3/ How they will treat players who have gone "without" for almost 30 days (compensation).

    Communication from Papaya support or developers is definitely not one of their strengths.  (Hey Nexon, want to buy a slightly used game back....cheap?? lol!)

    @PappyPlay that's all I want for Christmas then ^^ lol jk... I don't think they have any idea, reason why they don't tell us anything. I got a reply from them saying they are working on a solution and to not send multiple tickets in or drasticly slows down their progress. what progress?

    Sitting here trying every 5 minutes to log in. Ate my entire dinner, read all my emails, browsed facebook and still sitting here twiddling my thumbs and listening to music. 

    This needs to be fixed very soon.

    If you cannot pass the character selection screen then some files could be corrupted. Try to reinstall the game with either antivirus turned off OR the game added to its exception list.

    As for five minutes security measure, just wait five minutes before trying to login after you get disconnected.

    @leemoon1987 I already uninstalled,reinstalled and still did not help. I did not try it with the antivirus turned off though. if it was on while installing, what does that do? and for the 5 minute wait is such a hassle, say if you need to change server for something like deadfront, you don't have 5-10 minutes to wait and get back on.

    @leemoon1987 I'm going to give your suggestion a try. (I can't get past Character Select screen, and often not even past login screen.)  I run ESET for anti-virus. Is it safe to turn ESET back on after the re-install, or should I try booting the game first (then turn ESET on)?  And if I need to add the game to an exception list, would I first see some sort of error message from my anti-virus (when it's "on")?

    Also I'm curious why I never had these problems with Nexon.  I could run several clients without any problems with their server.  It's a bit confusing, just saying.

    @leemoon1987 I tried what you said, reinstalled with the antivirus turned off and added it to the allowed list. did not work. even though I still believed it is a server issue I was hoping it would work. thank you for the suggestion though.

    I tried messing with my anti-virus a couple of different ways as well...still no luck.
