  I ope some1 from high lvl's segrippers will up skill build for both meisters.

  Im looking also for low lvl rippers skill build which will help to get maximum dmg for PVE.

  Here is my opinion for low lvl segripper.

  Hope is helpful.

  So i target only skill i think should be max.

  Now why i think skill should be like this:

  Lets start from Heal.

  Healing mastery - I think should be max add heal rate and spr... someone else may think is usseles.

  Buffs - max ofc...

  
  

  Curse:

  Curse Mastery - Max add curse DMG and Curse res very helpful.

  Paralyze - i dont think is needed on low lvl only waste of points.

  Sleep - aways should be max you dont know when youd need it.

  
  

  Scythe:

  Blood Mastery - Max it... add max HP and Magic atk.

  Scythe Mastery - Max ofc alot of physical dmg

  Bludgy Hit - Max alot of hits and great dmg

  Spin Scythe - not big AoE but is helpfull for mobs good dmg and fast hits max ofc

  Element Plyaeju & Aracio Plyaju - add alot of dmg max ofc this is that makes rippers so special...

  Soul Plyaju - ignor this skill... in my opinion magic atk of ripper are not that big even whit that boost

  You can up this skill only if you have alot of points...

  Curse Legion - I think this should be max ripper need an good AoE not alot of dg but is very helpful for pve.

  Tigen Storm - Max this skill on any price add an movement speed and the most important at lvl 10 7% Damage Decreese Rate something very helpful.

  Trans up - ofc max...

  Curse Blizzard - very helpful skill but i dont think is need to be max to help you out

  Envoy Prison - decrese an amount of movement speed good for pvp and pve max it

  Envoy Otherself - fast and pantful hits i'd lke to max this skill also good for pvp and not bad for pve
