Is anyone else not seeing their forum picture?

I just noticed this but I do still see some pictures but not mine. yet when I click picture in my account it shows it but just not on forums. anyone else?

    Ok this was strange-to confirm I went back to my account settings, clicked open the picture, it showed what I had before and I had to click submit again?
