Why after disconnecting from game I have to wait 30mins (nor 5 mins as in picture) to relog again?image

    this has been a problem for most of us since first day of launch. I received a ticket from them saying they are working on a solution and to not send in multiple tickets or slows them down drasticly. just need to wait 5-10 minutes before trying maybe longer. its frustrating, I know.
