a message pop up then game crashes

I have this pop up then game crashes. I cant be exact on what it says because it usually happens during time im typing on game or using skills and closes it out before I can read it. is anyone else having this problem? I have had it since the last 2-3 weeks of nexon. when I contacted support through nexon gm told me I need to reinstall my run time C++ but this only happens on my one account, none of the other accounts I run have this error pop up. anyone have an idea?

    @Alii031 Dang...you're able to get into the game?? lol!  I'm still on "the back burner" for getting Papaya to resolve login problems.

    @PappyPlay yes and no, when I do get on, its not a fun experience, never knowing if im in a party to be asked to change server and wonder if I will not get kicked, last few days have been lucky and not sure why, once im on im usually fine, its if the game crashes or I get a random dc, or this odd pop up and I have to try and get back on, which can take up to 3-4 times. I have not tried to go to dk server yet because when I have and got kicked there, it takes almost 30 minutes to log back, somehow the dk server is worse to log into. I wish they didn't make so many high lvl places on a dk server, doesn't make sense. im not able to level a lot because I don't feel like taking the chance of having to try over and over logging back. Im trying to stay positive for this up coming maint though.
