Dekaron Shop Down?

Never had any problems always had it in sec, but today its took from my bank but nothing confirmed on site not either on game for almost 1 hour, wondering if something wrong with recharge system if anyones else got same

PS: Yeah already did a ticket but once they take days to even look to it just wanna know if more ppl in same situatuion
