My Account got hacked

Hello my dear dear GMS,
two days ago I wrote you a ticket, to be exactly : 58 hours. As we can see, you tell that we will get an answer within 48 hours.!!
But never matter, lets turn to the important thing.
My lovely account: vVibrator. has been hacked by a guy, because I got the information per e-mail:

That is what happend. Now I have no control over my account. I can't get neither in touch with it. I played more than 3 years with this account and now a stupid guy changed also the name of my account so that I can't even know what is happening with my account.
It would be perfect if you would answer my ticket. And be smart and send the answer to my email, cause I can't log in my account.
This ticket has been sent by a friend's account.
