Well decided to reisntall my OS today and now im getting this

Once i saw some other ppl had this but no ones post a solution ide ask if anyone ever found a solution for this

PS: Yeah disabled av, firewall, reisntalled....all default things is done still not working

    Hello!

    I still have this problem pls help me! It worked fine. And at one point game didn't launch so i  reinstaled and i get this download error..... reinstaled 3 times now and still the same error. 
    Please help me i wanna play:P
