how is there still sap nuggets?

 i have 2 hearts on one of my toons but you cant turn them into sap nuggets anymore. you would think by now the suppliy  of nugets to sale would be gone. surprised the ones left havent sky rocketed in price like 1.5-2bil a peice

    With the 3 nuggets you could make a heart, but if you have already a heart you don't need the nuggets to complete your quest.  Read the quest npc description... :)
