2nd password error

I Have problem with second password the game say its typed 5 times i send ticket they replied with some information needed i post them but its now 3 days and no reply beside i lost the attendance of rune during that time

    I'm having the same problem, open the application more than 14 days, and so far do not recover my password path. It is impossible to be happy player with VERTIGO / PAPAYA

    Yeah same for me its 14 days and i cant access my account beside i lost days to get papaya crystals 
    they replied and i typed my information after 2 days the ticket closed but still doesn't fix my problem please any gm help

    I also have this problem , and have not answered why not and could solve the problem and can not connect
