    Are you asking where they drop? They drop during the deadlands event.

    Or you can just buy them. I have about 20 or so if you want ^^

    I tried doing the event which I believe drops the fragments, but I'm not sure if I was doing it correctly.  As I understand it, you have to kill a bunch of mobs in a limited time (something like 150 in 10 minutes IIRC).  Is this right, or is there something more to it?

    I just had the quest active in my list. Like up to the gathering materials part.

    As long as the quest is active, they drop like hotcakes, got 20-30 in 15 mins or so
