2nd Password Reset

Hi there, I am just asking / wondering if anyone has been able to get a 2nd password reset since the switch to Papaya.. I entered the wrong PIN 5 times and now I can't get in the gane, I got a ticket response finally and it is a generic message saying "we will look into it"... What?? Why can't they reset my PIN? If any GM sees this please look into ticket #8102...
