Banning without hacking abuse and dumb reasons

hello guys if you guys know, everyone is getting banned so easily without hacking abuse and they just get a permanent, so ye...today got vKush banned because they beat mashUp, he banned other high ranks for dumb reasons and without hacking abuse too such as xApologize and many more of my friends, so what i am trying to say is that eventually there only gonna be hackers in this game with Rayne and everyone with OP weapons, so what i am trying to say is.... Diabo (or if other GM are in to this) This is wrong! If this goes on the game will be ruined and DONE! Maybe as a community we can get them over and the game will be as it was BEFORE!! (Srry for bad english)

    Wrote an appeal to get my account back last week. Not expecting any sort of in-detail reply or to have my account unbanned.

    Hi Harjotboy,

    Not sure if you are banned or not but if that's the case feel free to send us a support ticket or a email to support@blackshot.com if you have any concerns of how I or the rest of the GM Team are taking care of the game moderation, and I guarantee you that it will be checked and you will be given a proper answer.

    This being said, "bans for dumb reasons" it's something that doesn't exist here... Hacking, macro using, etc.. is not allowed and every player that decides to follow the "easy path" will be banned sooner or later... that's guaranteed.

    Don't forget that the goal of this game is not to win, specially at all cost, but to have fun.
