Blackshot is ruined!

Hey guys xiRedBull here, I really needed to share some things with you all...

First of all the fact that some gm's are corrupt (Dont say it is not because there is already been proof showed to some of us) also the fact that when you get banned for some days and you ask for an explenation you just recieve a standard copy paste answer, i think alot of players will agree with me on that also when you play good you get banned because people cry about the fact that they think they are the best but actually the just cant take the fact that people are better then them. When people send YT links with OBVIOUS proof of highranks with more then double hitboxes they dont even care because they spend enough money.... Also when you send a ticket you need to wait 2-3 days before getting an answer most of the time en while you are waiting you see gm's playing in game instead of answering tickets.

And last but not least why in Blackshot the ONLY game where laggers gets the advantage? doesnt make sense at all.

the game is already losing alot of players every week... in a few months this game will be dead nobody likes playing in anymore because nothing gets done about any of the problems all the players are strugling with... Clanwar like 6months ago was like 30+clans playing EVERY evening now the last weeks its only like 5-6 clans and if your lucky 8-9... whats the fun about this then? pleas gm team make the game like back in the days again? because its really going the wrong way...

Hahahaha didnt even knew about that since i got banned for bug abuse which i never used, also if you want to play a great game move to Blackshot SEA the gm's there really care about the players and bsc is like 50% cheaper over there they dont ask money for EVERYTHING. im playing SEA now since i got banned and man what is that a fun game, FULL(!!!!!!) clanchannels clans earn like 2000points a day 7-8 servers full at the same time this game isnt dead like BS global. and since gm's dont botter about the players and community anymore this game is only going backwoths.

50% of mashup bought account and they all dont get banned for multiaccount while back in the day me and me gf played on the same pc and we got banned for multiaccount (after i sended ticket explaining that my gf was making an account to play as well) that proofs how corrupt the whole gm system is. They need to pull a line, either ban EVERYONE that has used more then 1acc on ip or dont bann anyone for multiaccount. Corrupt games like this never last.

Corrupted DSH

Not really sure what you mean there but what I ask and warn you is not to make such type of comments again because they are not only false but also unfair and a serious accusation. If by chance you believe that any of the GMs is not giving you a proper and fair treatment, please make your complaint by email to support@blackshot.com but please do so with proper facts and not just because you are not glad that you were banned for bug abuse...

Bans

Nobody gets banned for being too good... Unfortunately, even more recently, some players end up using ilegal things to get "PRO" and that includes macros...

The protection of high ranks that you mention is once again totally wrong. I am one the persons in charge of the moderation and our decisions are based on evidence of the report without looking at ranks of even cashing history... That I guarantee you. In Blackshot Global you will have the exact some support and the exact same moderation, either f you are a recruit or a commander in chief, a casher or a non-casher. Exactly the same.

GM Team

Please don't forget that the GM Team is not professional. They are normal players, like you, that volunteered to help other players and improved the game and even though they have some benefits they are not real workers... that dedicate everyday day several hours of their time to help players like you. They are allowed and should play everyday because it's in game that we do a big part of our job and it's also in game that we have fun as gamers in Blackshot like you and the rest of the community.

Laggers

This is kind of a double edge sword and in my opinion nobody gets advantage out of it. We have players from all over the World and when you or I play with players of a different region we will always have lag issues, and that's for both. We have at the moment 3 Servers and 2 of them dedicated for specific regions to give you a better gaming experience latency wise. Most of the players play now on the World Server that it's no restricted and you will always have there ping issues but it's the only way to have a place on which we can all play together. Don't forget that we have the Europe and Brazil server that are restricted and that allow a better game experience for the users of those regions.

What are the GMs going to do?

Simple, continue to do the same thing by working hard and to improve everyday. We totally understand your disappointment due to the hacking and server problems and apologize if by chance what we are doing is not enough but please don't forget that it's also complicated for us... It's definitely not easy to be a GM when we have problems like these and there is a huge pressure on us, totally understandable because the problems do exist and we are the persons that you see and talk to everyday.

I would also like to thank to all the players that continue to everyday to help us, and make a big difference, by reporting all the problems, hackers, bugs, etc. everyday and fortunately there's a lot of them and without any question we would not be able to do our job as we are doing without them. That's for sure.

Clan Server

The rank restriction in the clan server is something that we already had in the past and was lowered hopping to get more activity there and promote more the competitive side of Blackshot. Unfortunately things went totally wrong on the last weeks and instead of more competition what we got was more hacking with a huge number of clan war kick requests (almost every 5 min), huge number of reports and of course bans and also a huge number of complaints. The rank is now Captain like it was before not only because we (GMs) asked for it but specially because of a huge number of player like you asked for it.

Is it better now? For me definitely is, less requests to close rooms, less reports, less bans and definitely less complaints and if we get less reports and complaints it's because its definitely better for all...

Final Notes:

I sincerely hope you don't see my post as a personal attack or trying to excuse of not being able as a Blackshot Team member on providing you the service that you require/desire. It's only my personal and honest opinion concerning my part of the job and my part as a member of this community on the subjects that you mentioned.

Well diabo this is the first time EVER i got some serious answer on alot of question.

If you dont mind i do want to respond on some of your points.

Corrupted DSH

-I never said DSH i said GM, i for a fact know from a good friend of me that knows a gm IRL that they sometimes 'dont see' macro usage of some players because they are good friends, i ,myself, saw TS screenshots of a conversation between gm and friend of gm talking about macro, im not making any accusations but i did see the proof myself. And i do not say all of them are corrupt but i know for a fact at least 1 is.

Bans

-Nobody gets banned for being too good? how come there is a vid on YT (daredin channel) about his game getting closed and him being banned during a game vs gm? and he recorded the whole game? when he showed the video the unbanned him but if he wasnt recording he would have been banned for being to good? or what explenation do you have for that? i understand that mistakes can be made but there are people that maybe had the same problem as daredin but wheren't recording so they stayed banned. I am basing all my points on facts not on things i think.

GM team

-Gm team is doing a good job but the sad part is that there arent enough GM's to make everything go smoothly, i myself like to play vs and with gm's in public but i think its sad that some tickets with urgent problems are being put aside when some players really have some problems. i do not mean that gm's need to stop playing and only answer tickets and so but when people send tickets pleas take the time to read them carefully and respond on point, when i once sended a ticket i got answered with standard looking copy paste answers and only recieved answer on the quetion i originally asked after responding on ticket 4times (total of 7days).

Laggers.

I understand you want to make this game playable for every person but sometimes lagg goes a little bit to far, i ran speedtest on my pc and got 35ping stable but sometimes as soon as i go in game my ping bounces between 200 and 35 while at the same time my teamspeak keeps stable connection.

Also when we play vs brazilians (for exemple) they kill people behind the walls... we can not camp when playing vs them because they see us 0.5s before we see them, so there is a big chance that by the time we see them we are already dead. When i was recording a cw and rewatched the clip i died 3times behind a wall nowhere close to an enemy because they all had 300+ pings.

I really hope something can change about this because alot of players are getting annoyed with this. For exemple when someone plays csgo with lagg they cannot shoot the person they see untill they dont lagg anymore which is like this on mostly all of the games.

GMs are doing a good job but they just cant handle this amount of players with such a small team, and i've seen you are recuiting new gm's and i wanted to send a request the only problem is that you are not looking for dutch/english GM at the moment.

Clan server issue

-there are alot less cw hacker now yes, but maybe like make and 250% exp boost event for clanwar server to attract clans to come play? because lately there is almost no activity on the clanservers...

I do not take your post as an attack to be honest im really glad you took the time to read and reply to mostly everything that has been said here!!

Dont forget who was the one that was trying to help when blackshot was ddosed with sharing all info + all the rest i shared with you back then on ts,

Mostly im just disapointed that i got this 'bug abuse' bann without even knowing which one and when i used it and not getting ANY info about it when i ask about it and that 2days after trying to help the blackshot team as hard as i could with the recent attacks i feel like a little (cant find the right word for it) abused....

Anyways, hope to see you again ingame or anywhere else some day when i can play again :'(

I like the topics you bring up I enjoy Asia if it wasn't for the lag XD and to touch on the corruption topic the team we have now has been in charge so long a lot of friendships have been made I am sure and it is difficult to ignore the fact that admins in quite a few games are employees and it is there job but in bs they use "dudes" from the community who have ties already and there is no vertigo staff from my knowledge looking over bans and stuff so yeah.... If you don't cheat I feel bad you got banned but do remember DIABO made a post about having a hacker to boost you in the clan can get you banned also which I think is fair because you need to keep your own house in order the final point I will make is if a clan is banned because mashup report them and have friends who ban for them that's messed up because mashup are well........interesting.......... ASIA is so full of players are global is withering simple

Btw entire mashUp plays with macr0's, they're not getting banned.

Just while recording they play your pay2win weapon bren-tuned wich has literally zero-recoil.

They're playing with bought accounts, still not getting banned.

I have photo's and screens of them talking about hacks / and usage of it, sended them in, yet again no bann.

They just can't take it other play better so they get all real concurrents banned, Show- / vKush etc.

You stole my money by banning me for hacktools, with no actual proof.

This story is going to have a tail, believe me on my word.

I come on teamspeak, and GM-Mentalist can't seem to help me.

As i said, you've lost a lot of loyal members.

Untill you show me, with proof that i actually DO use hacktools, wich i do not.

Untill that has been proven, i can fairly say :

You stole 50 euro's from me, and i think this is illegal and i will procceed finding a way to get it back.

hello guys if you guys know, everyone is getting banned so easily without hacking abuse and they just get a permanent, so ye...today got vKush banned because they beat mashUp, he banned other high ranks for dumb reasons and without hacking abuse too such as xApologize and many more of my friends, so what i am trying to say is that eventually there only gonna be hackers in this game with Rayne and everyone with OP weapons, so what i am trying to say is.... Diabo (or if other GM are in to this) This is wrong! If this goes on the game will be ruined and DONE! Maybe as a community we can get them over and the game will be as it was BEFORE!! (Srry for bad english) All the good clans are getting banned too without hacking abuse such as show and vKush.
Where is our skin refund of 7 euros/700 BSC

Hello again cenkxno0,

As I told you before, do not make such type of accusations like this because as far as I know, until proven otherwise, they are not true and you are not only accusing 1 but several individuals by doing so. It's exactly like if player X of your clan gets banned for hacktools and then after all get the same exact image...

Please do make a complaint about it if you think that there is in fact a improper conduct of one of our Team Members by email to suppor@blackshot.com, with valid arguments off course. The email will be checked by our superiors and if by chance there is a misbehavior from one of us I guarantee you that it will be solved.

Concerning the suggestion that you made, please feel free to create a new topic on the suggestions section and I guarantee you that they will be forwarded as usual. Asking to do so because unfortunately this topic is not going pretty good... Not because of your, and other users complaints, but because of some posts of banned users (valid bans) that are taking advantage of it to try to clean their ban image by blaming someone else for it... If you create a new topic on the suggestions section we not only get a topic focused on each individual suggestion but also get more feedback of other users on it.

As a user/costumer you always had and will continue to have the right to complain and ask for a better service, that's for sure but one thing is to complain about a particular issue and another is to make accusations on the wrong place.

The ban reason is hacktools, not "Banned Because of the GMs"... If by chance you think that your ban was not correct, please send a ticket or a email to support@blackshot.com and it will be once again checked but if the ban is correct, I assume it is, you will continue banned as you should be and we will continue to delete any posts that are not only not true but also giving the wrong idea of what really happened to other players...
