Nexon account is it too late trasnfer

I think I didn't transfer it on time.

A couple of months I remember being ask to log in with a new ID using the email instead of a name so it worked on Nexon password was the same but couple months later it don't work in papaya yesterday Invalid Authorization Key  and I sent a ticket 10 hours ago.  it my first time logging in to Nexon account on papaya after last night being ask to transfer on july 24 2016.

Did I even transfer it right cause I was only ask to change the ID name to my email a couple months ago when Nexon had Dekaron is my account not even on papaya ?

    It's not late to transfer account. You can do it again if something went wrong.
    Nexon changed username to different format and it suggests your e-mail as a new username when you first try to log in. From that point on, your new Nexon username is in e-mail format.
    In the moment of transfer to Vertigo, you use your current Nexon u:p, so if you do it again, you must use new format, nevertheless what you used before.
    Vertigo asks you for completely new data, and a valid e-mail (or more of them, but only one is set as primary). When you log-in to your Vertigo account at papaya server, go to e-mail edit and resend confirmation, then go to that e-mails Inbox (check junk mail too) and confirm it. That's it.
    So, Nexon username/password has no connection to your Vertigo combination.
