Terrible Ticket Management
Has anyone else been getting just TERRIBLE ticket management? I understand that they are busy and everything, but I don't think the following response is acceptible for a second password reset. I can't even get in the game anymore until this is fixed, and it has been 2 weeks, and this is the answer I get:

So... What exactly am I waiting for, again? I made a thread in the technical support but it looks like nobody reads that, plus I was just surprised I got such a generic response to a problem that NEEDS FIXED. It's not like I just asked a question, I need something done that only a GM can do. Tickets 8102, 8146. (Needed for seperate problems)
