[HELP] GameGuard 360 Error

Hello Mercenaries,
Thanks to your fast reports, we are aware that some of your are having problems with the error 360 of GameGuard.
To solve this problem please follow these steps:
1- Send us a support ticket with a brief description of the problem and a printscreen of the exact error (we need to collect data);
2- Add Blackshot to your Antivirus and Firewall exclusion list as you can see on this video:
Note: The Antivirus used on the video is AVG but the process is the similar for other software's.
If the problem persists move on to the next step;
3- Go to C:\Program Files\BlackShot\BlackShot\System and delete your GameGuard Folder. After that restart your Blackshot client with Administrator rights.
If the problem persists move on to the next step;

4- Download this GameGuard Backup folder and replace it with your own as you can see on this video:

Note: If it doesn't solve your problem ask the GameGuard folder from a friend a repeat the process;
If the problem continues go to the next step;
5- Follow the steps mentioned on the following website or the video bellow, gather the necessary GameGuard .erl files and send them by email to support@blackshot.com and also to game2@inca.co.kr with the subject 'Blackshot Global' and a small description of your problem:

Graças aos vossos reports, estamos conscientes que alguns de vocês estão a ter problemas com o erro 360 do GameGuard.
Para resolver este problema sigam estes passos:
Se o problema continuar passe ao seguinte passo;1- Enviem-nos um support ticket com uma breve descrição do problema e um printscreen do erro (precisamos de recolher dados);
2- Adicionem o Blackshot à lista de exclusões do vosso Antivirus e Firewall exclusion como podem ver no seguinte video:

NOTA: Senão funcionar peça a pasta do GameGuard a um amigo e repita o processo.

5- Siga as instruções mencionadas no video em baixo ,obtenha os ficheiros .erl do GameGuard .erl e envie os mesmo através de email para support@blackshot.com e também para game2@inca.co.kr com o assunto 'Blackshot Global' e uma breve descrição do problema.

Befolgt bitte folgende schritte um das Problem zu beheben:
1- Sende uns ein Support Ticket mit einer kurzen Beschreibung von eurem genauen Problem und einem Screenshot eures genauen (wir müssen die Datei sammeln);
2- Fügt Blackshot zu eurer exclusiv liste eures Antivirus und eurer Firewall, dies könnt ihr auf diesem Video sehen:
Note: Der Antivirus auf diesem Video ist AVG aber es ist der selbe vorgang auch bei anderen SoftwaresSollte das Problem bestehen bleiben befolgt den nächsten Schritt:
3- Gehe zu C:\Program Files\BlackShot\BlackShot\System und lösche deinen Gameguard Ordner. Starte danach deinen Blackshot Clienten erneut als Adminstrator.
Sollte das Problem bestehen bleiben befolgt den nächsten Schritt:
4- Ladet diesen GameGuard Ordner herunter und ersetzt ihn, wie ihr es auf diesem video sehen könnt:

Note: Sollte dies ihr Problem nicht beheben fragt bitte nach dem GameGuard Ordner eines Freundes.
Sollte das Problem bestehen bleiben befolgt den nächsten Schritt:
5- Befolge folgende Schritte auf dieser website oder dem unten erwähnten Video, sammelt die nötigen GameGuard.erl Dateien und sendet sie per email an support@blackshot.com und zu game2@inca.co.kr mit der Beschreibung 'Blackshot Global' und einer kurzen Beschreibung eures Problems :

Please try to replace it with yours and let us know if it solved your problem:
1- Go to C:\Program Files\BlackShot\BlackShot\System and delete your GameGuard folder;
4- Restart your Blackshot as Administrator (right click the Blackshot icon and select run as Admin);
