Can't create device"

After re-instaling windows and dekaron the launcher simply won't start.
Error pops up saying "can't create device".
Anyone has a solution for this? Thanks in advance

    Have a same problem but a lill bit different way.

    I tried to run dekaron on Win 7 virtual machine, but keep geting the same error as the topic owner. I set the game screen resolution on lower size (option.txt) then the win screen size, + run the luncher and the dekaron.exe as administrator, but still the same. Could not found solution for this problem on forums / net. All what i found was:
     - Run as admin
    - set client screen resolution lower then the win screen.

    Any other idea about this?

    Anyone else tried to run this game on virtual machine alredy? Maybe it is not alloved to run? o,O
