Hunter "Looper" lvl 150 scammed me

A player scammed me he is a hunter LVL 150 his IGN "Looper" he promised me to make my papaya belt +9 if i give him the belt and some items 

I Gave him 
Papaya Belt+7 
Segu Wep 115+9 
Segu Pants+7 
Segu Glove+7 
ring 160 
ring 170+3 
DK Ring 150+1 ring 
ring 140

i don't have screen shots for the scammed but these items i gave him in trade 
if any one try to talk to him to return me my items he put him on blacklist

i know he scammed some players too ask players for items like papaya belt and bracelet to make them +9 i hope GM Investigate about him
