It has been known for quite some time that the Marketplace is the hardest thing to use to buy and sell gear.
To begin with here are some of the common issues ive seen:
-Once a personal shop has been actively set up certain weapons do not appear in Marketplace.
-Once that weapon is set up in personal shop all other similar weapon types do not appear.
- There is not a good refined search capability within marketplace.
-An extreme amount of items are actually not compatible with the Marketplace to help sell those items.
Retroactively the best and worst part about it is you cannot just place an item in the marketplace to sell. Let it sit for 1-7 days so that then if your characters accounts disconnect that item is still for sale and could potentially be sold when you reconnect.
-The issues with this is many people have multiple accounts and it is such a hassle have to re setup all those accounts to disconnect 3 hours later and in turn be frustrated with either personal internet connectivity issues or connectivity issues between the server.
(RETROACTIVELY) We need a reform on the Marketplace for this game to succeed. We as members of Dekaron understand that there are more important things to work on. But this has been a consistent issue for years and nothing has been done in that time frame to fix said issues. I believe if we were to have a reform on the marketplace that we could effectively keep members interested in the game further than just the gameplay.
