[Community Feedback] Server Stability / Ping Status 15/08/16

We would like to first of all thank you for your feedback and apologize for the current servers instability issues.

This being said, we finally finished this weekends maintenance and would appreciate once again your feedback on your current in game ping status.

Please reply to this topic with the following info:

- Country you are playing from;
- What server you are playing on;
- How many bars of ping you are getting;
- How many bars of ping did you receive before;

The information above will help us to solve any issues faster and improve the service that we provide to you.

    Nous aimerions tout d'abord vous remercier pour vos commentaires et présenter nos excuses pour les problèmes d'instabilité des serveurs actuels.

    Ceci étant dit, nous avons finalement terminé ce week-end de maintenance et nous apprécierions une fois de plus vos commentaires sur votre status actuel dans le jeu concernant votre ping.

    S'il vous plaît répondez à ce sujet avec les informations suivantes:

    - Votre pays;
    - Le serveur que vous jouez;
    - Combien de barres de ping vous obtenez;
    - Combien de barres de ping vous obteniez avant;

    L'information ci-dessus nous aidera à résoudre les problèmes plus rapidement et d'améliorer le service que nous vous fournissons.

    Antes de mais, nós gostaríamos de vos agradeçer pelo vosso feedback e pedirmos desculpa pela instabilidade dos servidores.

    Com isto sendo dito, nós finalmente acabámos esta manutençâo semanal e nós gostariamos de mais uma vêz receber o vosso feedback sobre o ping do jogo.

    Por favor, respondam a este tópico com as informações seguintes:

    - País no qual se situa;
    - Qual é o servidor the está a jogar;
    - Quantas barras de ping é que está a ter;
    - Quantas barras de ping recebias antes;

    A informação acima irá nos ajudar a resolver qualquer tipo de erro  rapidamente e melhorar o serviço no qual nós lhe fornecemos.

    Daha once de soylendigi gibi nihayet bu haftasonu onarim islemlerimizi tamamladik ve oyun ici ping durumunuzla ilgili geri donuslerinizi bildirirseniz bundan tekrardan memnun kalacagiz.

    Lutfen bu basliklara uygun cevaplarinizi yazin;

    - Oyunu oynadiginiz ulke;
    - Hangi serverda oyunuyorsunuz;
    - Ping dis sayısı aliyorsunuz
    - Daha onceden bu sayı kac dis idi;

    Vereceginiz bu bilgiler bize olasi problemlerin ustesinden daha hizli  gelmekte yardimci olacaktir ve sizlere daha fazla iyilestirmeler saglayabiliriz.
