Hot Time Event, missed login gifts ???

So what's happening with the Hot Time Event login gifts we were unable to login & or get because the servers were down ?

Are players still going to get these gifts or are the 3 to 5 or so potential gifts we missed from no fault of are own because the servers were down just not going to be able to be obtained anymore.
