2nd Password Recieve

Hi all i has masage that i wrong 5 times my second pass.

I do not ever wrong my second pass so i fastly changed my main password first.

Than i send ticket to asking for my second pas.

Yestarday i got answer of them that they checking my problem aand will answer me soon...

I got this answer 3 days after my problem.

Did i do it wrong sending a ticket? Is there another faster way to get back my second pass so i'll be able to enjoy my char again? Or i just have to wait and how manydays will took to get back my 2nd pass?
