Server Down (Non-PK)

Ok this happen several weeks ago. Not sure if others are having same issues, I re-logged several times, still having issue. When trying to connect to "Non-pk" server it will not connect. "Cannot connect to server". Don't have an issue connecting to others. Is this a temporary issue that will be resolved soon or is it going to take a week to fix again?
