I disconnected from the game when trying to log in again, I have the message you do not have enough playtime.

    @makximos  send in a ticket, I am about to also.   I got disconnected, then waited longer than 5 minutes to try reconnecting.  But... I still have the 5 minute timer.

    They posted something about transfer issues (new ones) also.  I would send in a ticket, for sure  (they will at least respond) not that they are great at getting things done, but hopefully  it will help.  I see a lot of new connecting and reconnecting problems popping up also.

    SAME HERE!! i didnt know when this game are not free anymore..
