You do not have enough playtime

Hi there, I get the message "You do not have enough playtime" when I try to connect to the game. I have 3 chars logged in the game, came back after going to the store and tried to log on a 4th game and got this error on my bagi. I cannot delete or create any new chars, and this error appears after selecting the server on the char select and hitting connect, it goes black for a moment then displays this error.
