2nd Password Error

Hi Please Any GM Its been 16 days and i cant access my email still have problem of 2nd password 

i send them the information 5 days ago still no reply i lost the papaya event its about to end that a lot of time really 16 days no playing lost some attendance for runes 
Already Send The Ticket But still no hope for me to reset my 2nd password

    I also have this problem , and have not answered why not and could solve the problem and can not connect
