Who can explain to me how to max these skills?
How to all the system of skills these works?

You Can Max Miester Skills By Buying Skill Books From Players or drop in Some Dungeons

There is 3 Miester Skills

step 1 you acquire it when you finish Miester Quest at lvl 170

step 2 for some players there 2 skills on step 2 you need to buy skill book to open them for the first time then buy book for max them also its at lvl 170

step 3 you acquire it when you reach 180 it auto open you don't need to buy a skill book for it but need boxes for max each step 1 , 2 ,3

There is A Certain Percent of success if you need to increase the chance for success of miester skill you buy Blessing Of Gnires

if the skill fail in Enhance the Miester Skill you lose the skill book and The Blessing of gnire

Im summ tb lvl 172 and i have 1 skill only..so i need buy 10x skill book for max?

You do not lose the level of the skill if it fails.The success rates are honestly very generous since with a 25% gnire you don't need any more than 2 books on average until level 8. The last level is a bit overboard though.
