  You are Summoner Right , Sporza Skill and Arrogance are step 2 skills

  
  

  you can shout at ardeca to buy them not know exactly price for them 1st time you get a book you open the skill 

  
  

  also there is a chance to drop these skills in Mitera Fire Pot dg its hard and if the skill drop it random step skill GL Finding your skill also check Agency For IT

  Skill books can be either farmed or bought from players.
  Dungeons that can drop the skill books are (after last bosses only ofc):
  
  Steps 1/3; moving skills: IB2 (step 3 boxes binded box tradeable content); Baz; Rudene; 171 dg in phantom land; 175 dg (forgot if claw or horn boss, but shre that 1 of them does).
  Moving skills might as well be dropped in mitera map normal mobs on very low rate (but don't bother on it, just go buy them from players, they cost only about 10-50m each when Front/Inotra can be 50-100m each).
  
  Step 2: Mitera dg (Karon Fire Pot) - more than recommended to gear up for this dg, and go inside with 80%+ clean mob res and lot of hp pots and fish (last boss can hit 1k on 97% mob res, when 99.99% of mobs in game hit you 0-50 if you have such high mob res).

  well I started playing this game 2 weeks ago and I'm 170 now but I'm pretty clueless about these things because there's no info about this game on any website and there's no info ingame either. I guess I'll keep reselling to buy these books, there's no way I can gear up to have that much of mob res
