Does anyone else get this pop up message when game crashes?

I cant figure out how to add the screenshot, I have reported it to papaya but they just tell me to install my vision c++ again but I did and still happens. It says dekaron.ex - Application Error at the top of the message box then it says "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000417) occurred in the application at location 0x0b55e710


any tech here could tell me what this means? I also had this with nexon toword the end and they also told me to reinstall visual c++

    @Alii031 When I had those kinds of problems with Nexon (happened a couple of  times), I re-installed the game and that seemed to fix the problem.

    Of course, I can't tell you about Papaya (because I still can't get in)  I re-submitted a ticket to see if they can get me back in the game.  But I think it's a "lost cause".

    Would appreciate PMs on other good games.

    @PappyPlay im sorry to hear that. I completely understand how you are feeling. I did though, reinstall a couple of times and still happens, either even after I restarted a fresh client or if say I did not for a day or so. even though I have been able to get on game, it has not been a walk in the park for me either.

    @Alii031 It looks to me to be some kind of problem with security make sure you are not running any other programs while game is running.

    there is also a file you can download though I'm not exactly sure how safe it is but it is on wiki.

    if you decide to try it, post back let others know it worked or not.

    I am getting something similar now, since maintenance.  I cannot launch the game.   I may try reinstall if it happens again.  But when I launch I get error message like that.

    @0lbie2 its a paid program so I couldn't get anything fixed. especially if I don't know if it could be what fixes it, I didn't want to pay for it. im still getting the error pop up, I have contacted papaya back and forth several times and they just tell me they think its a program running in the back of my computer. I also did google search for dekaron.exe pop up and some had posted on other game forums on instructions how to fix it, I tried those and still doesn't work. I wish I could figure it out because it really interrupts playing.
