Kalibus server bugged?

I was in mitera, come back the game crashed or disconnected, I logged back to kalibus and I couldn't see most of the npcs or any player around in ardeca, it was very strange!! then I was disconnected. I cant figure out what it was since I could see people on my friendlist on kalibus. I sent a ticket in but wondering if this happen to anyone else just now.

    i disconnected also ...but it wont let me log back in at all

    seems im getting a lot of high ms out of nowhere and disconnection, this morning and yesterday it was fine, now what is going on......
