constant disconnection

Is anyone else having issues staying connected when switching characters or channels in game? every time i log in on either one of my accounts i get to the character selection screen and get booted or i actually make it in to the game then decide to change channels to run dead front and get booted or i decide to change characters to do something different for a little while and i get booted again.

@Demongod2215 yeah this has been a issue since papaya launched the game. I have the same problem as many others, but recently I figured out by connecting my Ethernet cord to a different router other then my xfinity box that it has helped more, I still get kicked to login at char section but seems so far, once im on I can switch channel pretty well now. this worked for me, im not sure about others, and I do get kicked to login when switching even still if I run 2 clients so it sucks because I cant run a alt or char shop while im lvln my main. Papaya says they are aware of the issue and are working on it but seems to me if this is a hardware issue, they need to fix their server to run on all routers and internet providers. read the section on tech support of the disconnection issue, you will find many tips there and what others are having or tried to do to help bypass this problem. hopefully papaya will read them and try one of the good suggestions many have posted.
