3 accounts with problem!!

Got 3 accounts with problems:
1st has 5 times incorrect passwords...
2-3 missing chars

Were and how i can send a ticket to fix this?

    welcome to my life. 5 accounts 3 completely empty.. lol funny thing the ones empty are the ones with mass amount of dil aka full chars and top of the line gear before i went on break, accounts that are fine.. my naked chars holding maybe a bil each..

    I also have this problem , and have not answered why not and could solve the problem and can not connect
