    Steps 1/2/3 skill books are inside this boxes.

    If u talk about the gift we got from papaya at the transfer, then u should use this boxes for upgrading your own skills, since they are binded.

    But if u talk about other boxes (not the ones we got gifted from papaya), then u can sell them to players since the books are tradeable once u open the box.

    so step 1 box has four movement skill books inside? I didn't transfer from nexon, I'm new at the game but my summy is 170 so I'm trying to learn

    Nope, you are totally mistaken. Step 1 boxes contain the 1st skill that u get for free at lvl 170 once i complete meister quest at mitera map (kill 100 mobs in the map; make solo dg in mitera; kill 50 mobs with only 3 specific skills), npc meister gniar.
    For summy, your step 1 is:
    Staff - Noir Venom - Poison Mist.
    TB - Synthetic Bringer - Dig Boar.

    As I can tell, u probably dont have yet your skills lvl 10 (maxed), so I suggest u to open your skill boxes for your own class and meister type (must have same book for your meister type and skill to use it) and use them to upgrade your skills. And, I also suggest u to use gnire boxes, which increase the success rate of upgrading the meister skills.

    About moving skills, front for staff / inotra for tb can cost about 50-100m and all the rest only 10-50m, just buy them from players (cheap) and go instantly upgrade, on lvl 5 they are maxed.
