Trans-up skill problem

General

I made level 165 and can use all my gear for that level and raised some skills.

But I can't raise Barad past 3, even though it says can be raised/learned if either the level OR grade requirement is met. I was able to raise it before with meeting just the level, but now it won't raise.

My other trans-ups raised based on level too.  

I also didn't get the next two trans-up skills that are supposed to open at 165 with level OR grade.

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar, or if there is something else I have to do now. I know that there are some pretty high levels I have seen still with "New Infantry" rank but using trans-ups.

Anyone have any experience with this? I logged to see if that would reset something, but it made no difference.

    I'm not familiar with the skill you mentioned or which character it belongs to, but sometimes there can be interdependencies on other skills being raised first.  Perhaps someone with more familiarity with that specific skill will be able to help you better, but hopefully that might trigger some ideas for you.

    Just a quick question. Have you done the trans 2 quest? And you would need to have some spare skillpoints for the 165 trans skills I think. Been awhile since I got trans 2 so don't really remember.

    Trans 2 Quest? I am not familiar with seeing that come up in any of the NPC conversations. What and where would that be?

    I have plenty of spare skill points...at least 40 because I'm only going dual AK at the moment.

    u need to do the trans 2 quest. this can be started at dravis village.
